it was an unlikely place to fall in love, but three years after meeting at home depot, lacey and drew joined their lives together in marriage surrounded by a whole host of family and friends at the church that has grown to mean so much to them each personally and together as a couple.
two hours before the ceremony, he was excited to get things going. she just needed to see him to calm her nerves. we cleared the sanctuary and for a few minutes, the rest of the world slipped away as lacey and drew spent a quiet, intimate moment together before becoming husband and wife.
i'm getting ahead of myself, though. the hours leading up to that time was a whirlwind of pampering at morgan ashley studio salon, laughing and reminiscing with the bridal party, and checking on all the last-minute details for their perfect wedding.
lacey and drew danced, laughed, and cried at their reception as they shared tender moments with each other and those who have meant so much to them in their lives. it was clear to see how much they are loved.
thank you, lacey and drew, for giving me the opportunity to be with you on such a special day. i pray god's blessings on your beautiful marriage.
