tina - family session

when i hopped in the car to head to moultrie, i knew that i was going to be shooting three sessions.  i was pretty sure there was going to be a fourth as well, but by the time saturday night rolled around, i had added a fifth.  my twin friends, tina and gina, asked about doing a session with their families while we were at the get-together at beth's house on saturday night.  between church and my leaving town the next morning, we only had a short window of time but we were all determined to make it work.  me, gina, her husband and two children, tina, her husband and four children -- we could do this.

well, we didn't count for the fact that gina lives way out and she would have to start getting her crew ready at dark:thirty for an early morning session.  and tina's husband, courtney, was supposed to be at the fire station early that day for work so he wasn't going to be able to come at all.  (someone suggested we all just show up at the station and shoot there -- i'm pretty sure courtney made an audible sigh of relief when we decided that wouldn't work.)  our session was falling apart!

but at the last minute, tina decided that she was coming rain or shine -- husband or no husband -- and we would just do photos with the kids.  i'm so glad she did...

we shot a few photos of everybody, but tina's main goal was to shoot some photos of little reese.  she's four months old and didn't really have any baby pictures, so i was thrilled to take care of that.  :-)

tina, all four of your children are just precious, and i loved spending my morning with you all.  (gina, we're making your session happen on my next trip down - i promise!)
