with the turn of the calendar to a new year, i've decided to take the plunge and do something i've been wanting to for ages now -- a blog for allison lewis photography. up until this point, my personal blog has been putting in overtime as a place for musings, silly tales of the little ones, and photos from my recent sessions. but as of today, all of that changes. this will be the place to go for sneak peeks, specials, and answers to the photography questions that some of you sweet bloggy friends have e-mailed to ask.
but what kind of "grand opening" would this be without some prizes?!? :-)
so here's the deal: i've decided to make january and february the official freeze for photographs months. what does that mean for you? in honor of the chilly temps outside, i'm doing 32% off for the freezing 32 degree weather. that's 32% off the session fee and 32% off of all prints and products (excluding products from the paper shop). i've done several specials before but none like this one -- it's HUGE!!
just before christmas, i had a session with a little cutie i've been seeing for awhile now. her mom had just gotten her this darling coat, and we put it to good use as she hung in there for her session in the icy evening air.
however, if you love the idea of a deal -- but don't love the idea of hanging with me in the chilly outdoors -- don't worry! i'll let you "freeze for photographs" in the warmth of your cozy home, too. this is a great opportunity to get some updated family photos or to capture some timeless shots of your little ones where they're most comfortable.
but if it snows soon, somebody please schedule your session for outdoors. i love shooting in the snow (at least i loved it that one time it snowed here).
and don't forget -- if you send a referral my way, you also get a $25 print credit toward your own session. i'm a strictly word-of-mouth business, and i'm so thankful when happy clients send their photo-deprived friends to see me!!
