here's a little visual tutorial on two of my favorite ways to creatively display photos: storyboards and gallery-style framing. storyboards do just what the name says...they tell a story. storyboards are a grouping of photos that i design in photoshop and then have printed and mounted onto a single piece. i have them printed into standard sizes so that clients can finish them with the frame of their choice. here are a few of the different designs i've done recently:

as much as i adore storyboards, though, i have a new favorite way of displaying photos. framing can get a bit pricey, and when hanging multiple pictures, it's possible to end up with a "wall 'o frames" that actually overwhelms the photographs. that's why i love gallery framing so much. this style of frames allows you to inexpensively display several prints together and the final product is a collection of photographs that look timeless, simple, and classic (three of my favorite words).
here, take a look...

if you're not sure how you want to display your storyboards, these same gallery frames can be used for them as well. LOVE these little gems!!
